4" 6 June-Aug. - 34-42" $13.50
At last! An Acanthus that's showy, easy to grow and doesn't get huge. "Dug up" in Austria at the Sarastro Nursery and have been very impressed with the performance. The leaves are deeper cut then most but not spiny and grow about to 18" tall. The flower stalks are simply smashing and for us, it re-blooms in late summer. For well drained soil.

4" 6 June-Oct. - 36" $12.50
A true show-stopper with the largest flowers we've ever seen; 3-1/2" across! In comparison, most hybrids are 2-1/4 to 2-3/4" across. The flowers are close to pure white with a large, deep gold zone and the obligate brown dashes. Stems are exceptionally sturdy and upright. See top of page about saving shipping costs.

4" 7 June-Oct. - 32-38" $18.00
This is currently the most outstanding selection we offer in the purple color range. The flowers are medium-large (2.5"), dark lavender with a white zone but no yellow, which intensifies the purple experience. Unfortunately for everyone involved, this is the slowest to propagate, yielding only a few a year despite keeping about 30 stock plants. See top of page about saving shipping costs.

The name made us suspicious first, not knowing if "Dusty" is a code name for dirty. We were very much pleased to see the first bloom open in what we would call antique rose. The bloom size is above average and the vigor of the plant just right. Please see top of page about saving shipping costs.

4" 7 June-Oct. - 15-22" $9.25
I personally would call that deep strawberry (with cream) but you be the judge and it doesn't really matter what you call it. Actually, this is my favorite Alstroemeria; red is a rare color among perennials and this one is a very pleasing one at that, easily to combined with other perennials without clashing. See top of page about saving shipping costs.

The variegated form of 'Sweet Laura', from whom it inherited its fragrance and dark gold blooms, opening from a maroon bud. The creamy yellow edged leaves stay until frost or stay evergreen in milder zones. One of the hardiest Alstroemerias. Please see top of page about saving shipping costs.

3 1/2" 8 June-Aug. - 24" $8.50
Medium-sized flowers in deep, bright orange with brown dashes. Blooms heavily in summer and can re-bloom in late summer. One of the easiest species to grow (besides A. aurea) but by no means invasive as it doesn't spread. Same outstanding cut flower as the hybrids. For well drained, fertile soil. Mulching, especially the first winter, makes them fairly hardy to at least zone 8.

Large flowers (3" across), mainly cream to white with yellow zones. Outstanding cut flowers for well drained, fertile soil. Mulching, especially the first winter, makes them fairly hardy even in colder zones. Very tightly clumping, thus slow to propagate. Please see top of page about saving shipping costs.

For many years, close to 10 actually, we had this color in our collection but the plants wouldn't produce hardly any offsets. Finally, after growing and trying many seedlings, we came up with this one that divides in an acceptable manner. See top of page about saving shipping costs.
