Discovered in the forest on the Mountain of Stammheim, Northeastern Switzerland by Matthias Thomson of Germany, a truly remarkable plant with 3" flowers. Prefers moist, humusy soil but tolerates drier soil in summer as they are then dormant. Please note the rhizomes of these Anemone root later in spring and may be shipped not rooted-in.
