The undulated leaves are 3/4 and more creamy yellow with an irregular green margin. Out of an under-sized spathe protrudes a club-shaped, dark maroon spadix. Probably the rarest plant we offer! Besides that there isn’t any other source to be found online, this is also a stable selection of ‘Bakovci’. We acquired our first plant in 1998 from a German nursery. At first we were not enthused about it, as the variegation wasn’t stable at all, most of the leaves turning all green or almost green. We were positively surprised that it took only 2-3 years to stabilize the variegation and we haven’t seen a single green leaf since! However, as expected, the resulting clone is very slow to grow and multiply. Please note they sprout in February for us and start to go dormant in late April or so. Once established in your garden, the season will be longer. Always small and expensive.
