We picked this one up at the Graefin (Countess) von Zeppelin Nursery, Germany, fall 2016. Never thought I'd ever grow mums, but this one didn't take much persuasion. Directly translated from German it's "burning point", but the official translation is "focal point". Either works for this show stopper - in the garden, in pots or as cut flower. Garden mums like lots of sun in a well drained, fertile soil. Drought tolerant once established. Likely hardier than to zone 7, but we'll put it there for now to be safe.
