-May be shippes as bare root croms January into April- Jack-in-the-pulpit a bit different; out of a tidy clump of three-lobed leaves emerge numerous narrow spathes with protruding 10"(!) long yellow spadix (tongues). Doesn't go summer dormant but blooms until frost! Compared to the green plain form, this selection doesn't seed around as much and the whole plant is chartreuse to yellow. Needs well drained soil.
