Tough and rarely offered Yellow-Eyed Grass
Availability: In stock

We have grown this tough and rarely offered, Yellow-Eyed Grass in our garden for 10 years, through ice storms and single digits (Fahrenheit) and all. Finally we had a chance to put it into cultivation so we can share. The glaucous (blue-green) foliage is evergreen and creates the all-important vertical effect among broad-leaved and horizontally growing plants. Late afternoon and through the night, deep yellow, star-shaped flowers open in clusters over 2-3 months in summer, just right for enjoying the garden after a hard day's work.
