A dark red/crimson selection of the Japanese candelabra primrose, with tiered flowers stalks up to 2 feet tall in late spring. These like a moist to wet soil and very well suited for the edge of a pond or creek. They'll take full sun in wet soil but need some afternoon shade in average soils.
